สรุปข้อมูลที่ควรรู้ DIGITAL 2023 THAILAND จาก We Are Social และ Meltwater

สถิติที่ทุกคนรอคอยทุกๆปี กับข้อมูลพฤติกรรมทางดิจิทัล ที่เจาะจงเฉพาะ ‘คนไทย’ ประจำปี 2023 ได้ออกมาเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่รวบรวมจากปี 2022 โดย We Are Social และ Meltwater

ซึ่งจากเล่ม Report ทางผู้ทำจัดทำเนื้อหามากถึง 125 หน้า วันนี้เรามาสรุปหัวข้อที่น่าสนใจจากรายงานฉบับนี้กันค่ะ ว่าจะมีหัวข้อไหนที่น่าเอามาปรับใช้กับทุกๆกลุ่มธุรกิจ รวมถึงนักการตลาดที่จะนำข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไปต่อยอดการตลาดให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

ในยุคดิจิทัล ที่ใครๆก็เข้าถึงโลกออนไลน์ได้ไม่ยาก จากยุคก่อนที่เข้าถึงอินเตอร์เน็ตด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เท่านั้น แต่ทุกวันนี้เครื่องมือสื่อสารอย่างโทรศัพท์มือถือ ก็สามารถท่องโลกอินเตอร์เน็ตได้ตลอดเวลาเพียงปลายนิ้ว ซึ่งเชื่อว่าหลายคนมีอุปกรณ์มากกว่ามือถือ อาจจะมีมากถึง 3-4 เครื่อง สำหรับการใช้งานที่เข้าถึงอินเตอร์เน็ตได้

โดยจากสถิติล่าสุด จากตัวอย่างคนไทยกว่า 71.75 ล้านคน มีผู้ใช้งาน Internet มากถึง 61.21 ล้านคน หรือมากถึง 85.3% ของประชากร
ซึ่งถือว่าค่อนข้างครอบคลุมในประเทศไทย ซึ่งการเติบโตของผู้ใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ต ถ้าเทียบกับสิบปีก่อนถือว่าเติบโตหลายเท่าตัวเลยค่ะ แต่ถ้าเทียบกับปีก่อนถือว่าเติบโตขึ้นเพียง 0.2% เท่านั้น

คนไทยใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตวันนึงเฉลี่ยมากถึง 8 ชั่วโมง 6 นาที
ซึ่งนิยมใช้งานผ่านมือถือมากกว่า โดยเฉลี่ยการใช้งานที่ 5 ชั่วโมง
และใช้งานผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์เฉลี่ยประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง

คนไทยมากถึง 68% ใช้มือถือเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งเป็นสัดส่วนที่สูงที่สุด ในขณะที่คอมพิวเตอร์ตามมาที่ 29.79% และ Tablet เป็นส่วนน้อยที่ 2.21% เท่านั้น

TOP 5 กิจกรรมยอดฮิตบนโลกออนไลน์ของคนไทยมีอะไรบ้าง?
อันดับ 1 ค้นหาข้อมูล 64.69% 
อันดับ 2 ติดตามข่าวสาร 58.1% 
อันดับ 3 ดูหนัง รายการ วิดีโอ 54.8% 
อันดับ 4 ค้นหาไอเดียใหม่ๆ 54.4% 
อันดับ 5 ค้นหา How To 50.6% 
สำหรับการใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ต ประเด็นหลักสำคัญที่สุดคือการค้นหาข้อมูลเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าคนไทยยังคงค้นสิ่งใหม่ หรือสิ่งที่ตัวเองยังไม่เคยรู้ เพื่อพบกับประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆบนโลกออนไลน์

คนไทยใช้ Browser CHROME ในการเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ มากถึง 73.1%
ซึ่งเป็นสัดส่วนที่สูงมากและแทบจะครอบคลุมผู้ใช้งานทั้งหมดแล้ว ลำดับต่อมาเพียง 18.51% คือ Safari และ Browser อื่นๆสัดส่วนที่ไม่มากนัก

Search Engine อันดับ 1 ในใจคนไทย หนีไม่พ้น Google 

ที่แทบจะใช้งานกันทุกคน สัดส่วนการใช้งานนำโดดสูงถึง 98.92%
ตามมาด้วย Bing 0.57% และ Yahoo 0.33% 

TOP 5 คำไหนที่คนไทยชอบค้นหามากที่สุดบน Google

2.หนัง
3.ผลบอล
4.หวย
5.บอลสด
จะเห็นว่าใน 10 อันดับแรก จะมีอยู่แค่ 3 อย่างที่คนไทยค้นหามากที่สุด คือ แปลภาษา หวย และฟุตบอล ซึ่งคำค้นหาเกี่ยวกับ ‘บอล’ มากที่สุดจากทั้งหมด

อีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมยอดฮิตสำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบการเสพ Content VDO
จากสถิติคนไทยชอบดู LIVE Stream เฉลี่ยมากถึง 1 ชั่วโมง 44 นาที ถือว่าอัตราการรับชม VDO ในรูปแบบ Stream เป็นที่นิยมในไทยไม่น้อยเลยค่ะ จะเห็นว่าในยุคหลัง เกิด Influencer สาย Stream มาใหม่มากมาย รวมถึงรายการต่างๆที่จัดการแข่งขันโดยเน้นในรูปแบบ Stream มากขึ้นอีกด้วย

คนไทยใช้ Social Media มากถึง 52.25 ล้าน ซึ่งมีสัดส่วน 72.8% และสำหรับกลุ่มที่มีอายุมากกว่า 18 ปี ในสัดส่วนการใช้งานสูงถึง 84.8% โดยใช้เวลาไปกับ Social Media มากถึง 2 ชั่วโมง 44 นาทีต่อวัน ซึ่งสัดส่วนของชาย-หญิงค่อนข้างใกล้เคียงกัน

จะเห็นได้ว่าปีที่ผ่านมา Tiktok ถือเป็น Platform ที่มาแรงมากๆ ซึ่งสถิติล่าสุด TikTok ก็กระโดดขึ้นมาในอันดับที่ 4 ที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้งานถึง 78.2% และถ้าคนไทยยังนิยมใช้งาน Platform อยู่ จะมีโอกาสแซงหน้า Platform ดาวค้างฟ้าที่ครองอันดับ 1 มายาวนานอย่าง Facebook ได้หรือไม่ ต้องติดตามกันต่อไป

จะเห็นได้ว่าทั้ง 6 อันดับยังคงคล้ายกับอันดับที่คนนิยมใช้ ซึ่ง Facebook ยังคงเป็นโซเชียลที่คนส่วนใหญ่นิยมและชื่นชอบอยู่ แต่อันดับสอง กลับเป็น Platform น้องใหม่มาแรงอย่าง TikTok ที่ฮิตกันทั่วประเทศในปีที่ผ่านมา
